Cleaning of apartment after departure

Rate per night:
€ 125,00 per night. 
(A different rate applies on public holidays) 

Breakfast:
€ 10,- per person, per day. 

Minimum stay:
Minimum stay of 2 nights.

Discounts:
Discount available if you want to book a longer period. Please get in contact for information.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50 % of the entire amount upon reservation. Payment via Paypal or bank transfer. The balance is payable on arrival. Details of payment will be send by mail after your reservation, together with information about parking and means of public transport.

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation more than two weeks before arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel within two weeks before arrival, no refund of deposit.
In case of a no show on the booked date, you have to pay the whole amount
